karo_dtpread

Arguments:

• filename,_bit0

Description:

Read dtp image file format

  (512 byte header, col[22-24] x row[25-27] byte image)
with _bit0 != 0 bit level 1 is extracted as binary mask
  and bit level 1 in the gray image is randomized with karo_rndbit0

Default values:

bit0=0
